5. Hit the “Submit” button.
6. Click on the Assignment Submission Status link.

You will see your all-submitted IGNOU assignment status list on the screen, including details such as subject code, session, and submission date.

✅Solution: Ensure you have provided the correct enrolment number and subject code.

Wrong question paper

❌Problem: Sometimes, students get confused during the session and submit the wrong question paper. So, their result hasn’t been updated at the right time.

Centre is not working properly.

❌Problem: The study centre is not working

✅Solution- Sometimes, the study center is not working anymore, so the regional office allotted a new college. Still, you submitted your TMA to the old centre, so the IGNOU assignment marks updating process takes some time.

Delay in evaluation

❌Problem– The study centre has not sent the marks:

✅Solution- The university assigns tutors to evaluate TMA. Because of the large number of students, your study centre may take some time to evaluate your paper.

First, visit your college and ask about the delay. Show your Acknowledgment slip as proof and request an update, if possible also visit your regional centre and submit an application for assignment marks not updated.

Apply for an RTI (Right to Information), where you can expect a positive reply within 30 days.
