According to my RTI report, after successful completion of the programme, the Indira Gandhi National Open University generally sends the IGNOU marksheet dispatch process to the students within 15 days from the date of receipt of these documents from the computer section of the Student Evaluation Division.

Step 1- Call a customer care executive:

Call the helpline number at 011-29572218 and request the speed post tracking number for your document.

Email ID:

Bachelor’s degree– bdresult@ignou.ac.in

Master’s degree– mdresult@ignou.ac.in.

If you do not receive a response or the issue remains unresolved, proceed to the next step.

Step 2–IGRAM

IGRAM is a grievance portal where you can submit a complaint.

If you want to get the IGNOU marksheet dispatch details for the 2025 or older sessions. Follow the steps below to submit your query.

1. Open the official IGRAM portal at https://igram.ignou.ac.in
2. Select Category Marksheet & Provisional Certificate
