IGNOU marksheet tracking in 2025

After finishing the exam, students start searching how to get grade report and how many days it takes.

According to my RTI report, After successful completion of the programme, the Indira Gandhi National Open University generally send the IGNOU marksheet dispatch process to the students within 15 days from the date of receipt of these documents from computer section of Student Evaluation Division.

If you’ve not received original grade card and provisional certificate within 1 month, you’ll need to follow the below steps.

This method always works for me, and I’ve been using it for years. You can also try.

To track the result dispatch status follow the steps below.

Step 1- Call customer care executive:

Call the helpline number at 011-29572218 and request the speed post tracking number for your document.

Email ID:

Bachelor’s degree– bdresult@ignou.ac.in

Master’s degree– mdresult@ignou.ac.in.

If you do not receive a response or the issue remains unresolved, proceed to the next step.

Step 2–IGRAM

IGRAM is a grievance portal where you can submit a complaint. If you want to get IGNOU marksheet dispatch details 2025 or older session. follow the below steps to submit your query.

1. Open the official IGRAM portal at-https://igram.ignou.ac.in

2. Select Category Marksheet & provisional certificate

3. In the subcategory, select non-receiving of original Marksheet & provisional certificate.

4. Click next

5. Fill in the details

6. On the query box, type “I did not receive my original grade card. Kindly provide me the IGNOU marksheet dispatch details 2025 and tracking number.”

7. Click on the submit button.

If you’re looking to download it digitally, here’s how you can get it:

✅ DigiLocker –You can get your result as a PDF from the DigiLocker website or app.

✅ Grade Card Portal – You can check your subject-wise marks and print your result from the official portal.

So, there’s no single direct link, but these two methods are the best.

Step to download IGNOU marksheet 2025

• Open the www.ignou.ac.in
• Click on the Student service menu on the homepage.
• Click on the the Results option
• Click on Grade Card
• Select your program and enter your nine or ten-digit enrollment number.
• Click on the search button.
• It will display your online copy of the grade report on the screen.

Indira Gandhi National Open University does not provide an option to download the provisional certificate online.

The university issues this certificate after completing the course and sends it to your registered address along with the original IGNOU statement of marks.

How to apply IGNOU duplicate Marksheet

Whenever we hear the term “duplicate”, a query arises: is it valid?

Yes, it is valid documents as like original one, and the university writes only “duplicate” words.

To apply for IGNOU duplicate marksheet in 2025, you need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

• Download the application form.
• Fill in the required details in the application form, including your complete name, program code, enrollment number.
• Attach a copy of your ID card with the application form.
• Pay the prescribed fee for issuing the duplicate result through a demand draft drawn in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi.
• After filling in the form and attaching the documents, send the application form and the demand draft to the Headquarter.
• The Headquarter will verify your details and issue a duplicate one.
