Method-2

IGRAM

IGRAM is a grievance portal where you can submit a complaint. If you are waiting for over 45 days, you can try this. 

Follow the below steps to submit your query.

Do you know you can get the IGNOU Marksheet dispatch status 2023-24 or older from the Grievance portal?

• Open the IGRAM portal
• Select Category Marksheet & provisional certificate
• In the subcategory select non-receiving of original Marksheet & provisional certificate.
• Click next
• Fill in the details
• On the query box, type “I did not receive my grade report & provisional document. Provide me the IGNOU Marksheet dispatch status or tracking number.”
• Click on the submit button.
• Wait for a few days, and the official department will inform you.

Method-3

RTI (right to information)

How Can I download my IGNOU Marksheet online?

I meet thousands of students every year, and every time they ask me, how can I get the IGNOU marksheet online? Is there any process? 

Let me tell you: The institution has provided a digital certificate. You can get a digital copy from the DigiLocker.

Apart from that, you can download your report from the grade card portal.

Here are the steps to download your IGNOU marksheet 2023 online copy:

1. Open the website of university
2. Click on the Student Support tab on the homepage.
3. Select the Results option from the dropdown menu.
4. Click on Grade Card
5. Select your program and enter your nine or ten-digit enrollment number.
6. Click on the search button.
7. It will display your online copy of the grade report on the screen.
8. Download and take a printout of your grade card status for future reference.

Note- results available online are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as an official document. The university will send the original one to you through the post.

My experience

Last year, I received a WhatsApp message: I have completed my graduation but not getting the original result. 

She has been waiting for the past six months.

I advised her to follow the below steps.

Step-1

Call helpline number

01129572211/011-29536743 and ask for the speed post/ registered post tracking number for IGNOU certificate status.

Step-2

Try the IGRAM support.

She got the tracking no.

But while tracking documents showing the address left without instructions, the postal department returned the documents to headquarters.

What happens next?

She moved to a new address, and the university sent the result to his old registered address.

Then she requested the management to resend the documents. Within 4-5 days, she got a reply from the management. Finally, she received documents within 15-20 days.

How to get IGNOU provisional certificate status

IGNOU Provisional certificate issued by the university before the original degree. You can use it to apply anywhere, government or private sector, until you get your original.

There is no need to check the provisional certificate status as the university will send it along with your marksheet.

If you did not receive it within the time limit, you must follow the Grievance portal.

How to apply IGNOU duplicate Marksheet

Whenever we hear the term “duplicate”, a query arises: is it valid? It is also an original document, and the university writes only “duplicate” words.

To apply for a duplicate IGNOU marksheet 2023, you need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

• Download the application form to issue a duplicate documents.
• Fill in the required details in the application form, including your complete name, program code, enrollment number.
• You need to attach a copy of your ID card with the application form.
• You need to pay the prescribed fee for issuing the duplicate result through a demand draft drawn in favor of IGNOU payable at New Delhi.
• After filling in the form and attaching the documents, send the application form and the demand draft to the headquarter.
• The Headquarter will verify your details and issue a duplicate one.
